Jason Poirier Memorial Scholarship
Jason Allen Poirier, a 1996 graduate of Great Falls High School, was an avid fan of the Bison Nation. He never missed a Bison football, wrestling, or softball game. Even after his son, Jensen, graduated in 2018, Jason continued to travel and follow Bison sports. His wardrobe consisted of many Bison backing shirts. Jason’s love of the Bison family will always be remembered. He loved to fish, bowl, play slow and fast pitch softball, and he always threw a great game of corn hole. However, his zest for life and trying anything to do with outdoors stood out. He spent most of his life dedicated to the tourism industry, talking and meeting people from all over the world. Jason never met a stranger, and always made sure people in need were taken care of. He always wanted to make sure young people reached their full potential.
